Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders placed within the United Kingdom and Europe. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Cost
- United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend required.
- Europe (EU/EEA): Free standard shipping on orders over £50. A flat shipping fee of £4.99 applies to orders under £50.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe (EU/EEA): 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Our Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable carriers including Royal Mail, An Post, and DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Item Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@chilazexpress.net. We will investigate the issue with our shipping department and delivery carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or an incorrect address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please note that carriers may hold parcels for a limited period before returning them to the sender.
Lost Package Procedure
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Investigations may take several business days to complete. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A full refund
Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Security checks

- Customs processing delays (for international orders)
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@chilazexpress.net — we will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
